How To Be Our Member?

No membership fee is required
Membership will start from your next purchase.
Membership is valid for a period of 2 years. After which, we will update you about your ROSIE e-Card expiry date and the renewal procedure.
Each customer is entitled to only one membership and is non-transferable, nor can it be shared with another party.
We will update your points and email you monthly about your total points accumulated to-date.
Refunded amount will not be accumulated as points in the ROSIE e-Card. Points are non-transferable.

How to use the Membership?

You will be issued a Member ID. On your next purchase, simply remember to input this Member ID in the order form and your invoice will automatically reflect the discounted price for your order.

Membership Privileges

ROSIE e-card members will be entitled to a 15% discount for every *purchase and free normal postage privilege.

The 15% discounted amount will be stored in the ROSIE e-Card as points. They can redeem our e-Coupons when member’s points reached a certain quota.

(E.g. $100 purchase price x 15% discount = $15 discounted = 15 points stored)
